All Natruba toys are handmade Danish design. Each toy is hand-sculpted and hand-painted, making each product unique. Small errors and variations in details may therefore occur. Colors may also vary, and may become weak or disappear over time, as these are plant or food grade dyes.

Care instructions: 
1. All Natruba toys are made of natural rubber. 
2. Natural rubber toys should be cleaned using mildly soaped water and a damp cloth.
3. Do not use a dishwasher or sterilize in a microwave oven. 
4. Clean the product before first use. 
5. Dry the toys after use and keep them in a clean, dry place. 
6. Do not expose the toys to direct sunlight or direct heat.

Return, Exchange & Refund:
Item purchased online must be unused and in its original packaging within 14 days to be exchanged. It is required to provide a purchase order number. We will notify you via email when we receive and inspect your return items. Customer are required to bare the shipping cost to our office/shops for non-defective items.

Refunds are only available in the case that the item is defective and when we are unable to provide a replacement.
