The fabric will soften and relax during use and as the baby grows. It’s normal that the baby carrier feel a little snug during the first use.

Return, Exchange & Refund:
Item purchased online must be unused and in its original packaging within 14 days to be exchanged. It is required to provide a purchase order number. We will notify you via email when we receive and inspect your return items. Customer are required to bare the shipping cost to our office/shops for non-defective items.

Refunds are only available in the case that the item is defective and when we are unable to provide a replacement.
